The Team Congruence Assessment offers leadership teams a dynamic mirror of how they are currently meeting the moment - revealing where alignment is strong, where tensions may be emerging, and where recalibration could unlock new movement.

The Solution consists of 3 components:

1. A 15-minute assessment completed by each team member to gather insight
2. A 4-hour workshop to go through the findings and relevant exercises to unlock productivity
3. Coaching and Support for the Team Leader to improve change management

What is covered in the Assessment?

Our assessment is designed to map out the cultures at work, helping you and your team pinpoint areas of incongruence that deserve attention. Specifically, the insight is provided via our proprietary methodology and expressed in:

3. Team Values: Explore how values are shared and applied at work

What Happens at the Workshop?

The Workshop is designed to be an experience of learning and exploration. Following our analysis of the team's assessment result, we guide the team to navigate the findings and explore ideas on improving how the team works.   The half-day workshop is generally structured as follows:

1. Setting the Stage: Review Team Congruence and assessment results
2. Team Exercise: Explore and Connect team dynamics and examples 
3. Team Ideas: Identify a Project to apply and Skill to enhance
4. Commitment to Way Forward 
   
   

At the end of the workshop, your team will be equipped with unique insight on how they work as a team, ideas to improve and a game-plan: a) an unlock b) a skill and c) a Habit Forming Exercise they will bring on with the support of a champion.
