Beginning as an Industrial Engineer, he excelled in integrating People, Process, and Technology to solve complex problems. Garros then ventured into the business world, emerging as a Finance leader in the CPG sector. During this transformative journey, he found passion for fostering growth in others. Through the Cultures at Work program, he has empowered hundreds of individuals and teams to enhance their collaboration and performance. In recognition of his exceptional coaching abilities, P&G honored him as North America Finance's Coach of the Year in 2013.

After his corporate tenure, Garros continued to leverage his diverse skill set and vast experience to drive growth for both companies and individuals. From global conglomerates and family-owned enterprises to startups, he has worn many hats—problem solver, business partner, coach, and advisor.
